Shipping Policy

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you selected rush shipping, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or incorrect orders.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bracelet. 

Because we sell custom-made products, we are not legally obligated to offer refunds, however we want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

Merchandise  should be returned with the original tag still attached to item. For bracelets please keep bracelet and tag inside the original box. All three items should be in “like new” original condition.

 There is a restocking fee of $30 for each order and buyer pays for return shipping. Your refund will be credited to you through the same payment method as you used to make the purchase. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on other merchandise(s), you must first email us within 15 days of receiving merchandise at support@flawlessdesginzllc.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment should you decide to return the item back. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our PO box. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.
 
To complete your return, we require you complete our Merchandise Return Form.  
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
